Mark is the CEO of Heat Recovery Innovations. He has more than 20 years of manufacturing and development experience in the turbo machinery space, including 10 years with Ingersoll Rand Energy Systems, 12 years with FlexEnergy. He also served as CEO of FlexEnergy Solutions from 2016-2022. He has experience executing multiple factory setups and projects for gas turbine and heat exchanger manufacturing.
Mark holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College and two patents.
Wes is the CFO of Heat Recovery Innovations. His background includes over 18 years of experience across executive leadership, private equity, venture capital and investment banking. As an executive, Wes has led companies through the corporate life-cycle from start-up to PE-backed to sale/IPO process, with industry experience across renewables, energy manufacturing and services, and decarbonization technologies. Wes has fundraised and managed over $150 million of growth capital as a CFO. Prior to his current role, Wes served as CFO and head of investor relations for FlexEnergy Solutions from 2016-2021 where he led various growth equity and debt financing transactions. Prior to that, he held investment roles as Vice President of RNS Capital Partners and Associate at First Reserve Corporation. Wes began his career in the leveraged finance and M&A investment banking groups at Morgan Stanley. Wes holds a B.A. in Economics and American History from Washington and Lee University.
Kevin is the Director of Manufacturing of Heat Recovery Innovations. He previously served as Flex Energy’s Director of Operations for gas turbines and heat exchangers. His earlier experience includes over 30 years in complex manufacturing in the machine tool, semi-conductor, and DOD markets, with extensive involvement in plant moves, facilities construction, equipment layout, capital purchases, and integrating products and processes during mergers and acquisitions.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Central Connecticut State University and an MBA in Operations Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Brian is the Director of Development Engineering for Heat Recovery Innovations. Brian worked at Ingersoll Rand Energy Systems from 2001 to 2010, when he transitioned to FlexEnergy when the business was acquired. He served as Director of Engineering in 2012 to 2022 for FlexEnergy. In his career, he has been responsible for numerous new product design and cost reduction programs from concept through production release.
Brian holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic University in Pomona and 5 patents.
Michael is the Global Heat Exchanger Sales Manager for Heat Recovery Innovations. He has over 10 years’ experience focused on heat exchanger sales. After serving as business development and sales manager for Alfa Laval, he joined FlexEnergy Solutions to lead sales in 2019. Michael has quickly proven instrumental in gaining traction in the fuel cell, hydrogen, carbon capture, and transportation markets.
Michael holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University.
